There are a few ways to identify which ideas you have submitted or are part of as an author. Below, we will review the two pages where this is possible.
My Ideas
On the My Ideas page, you can view the ideas you have created or access the ideas in which you are listed as an author.
There are two ways to access this page.
The first is directly from the homepage—just click the My Ideas button on the top bar of the screen:
The second option is through the Hamburger menu 👉 My Ideas.
-
The I'm an elaborator tab displays the ideas for which your user is registered as the creator, meaning you are responsible for responding to pending items on the platform.
-
The I'm a co-author tab contains the ideas in which your user is registered as one of the authors. In these cases, you can earn points and coins, but you are not responsible for resolving any pending actions on the platform.
In the Actions column, you can use several buttons:
-
The
button opens the idea modal;
-
The
✏️ Editbutton opens the idea editing page; -
The
button opens a menu that can be used to:
-
Share ideas with other users on the platform,
-
Report the idea, or
-
Delete the idea (if you have permission).
-
| ⚠️ Note: The share idea button will only be available if the platform administrators have enabled this feature. |
In both tabs, filters are available to help you better view the ideas on the screen.
Also on this page, a third tab called Favorites may be available, but only if the platform settings allow users to mark ideas as favorites.
All Ideas
This page provides access to all ideas submitted on the platform. This way, you can filter ideas by creator. Just expand the filters using the button shown below:
After expanding the filters, the creator filter is the first option from left to right.
Click the filter name and enter the user's name in the field provided. Use the ➕ button to select the desired user.
Then, click the Apply Filters button so that the page displays the expected result.
| ⚠️ Important: Using this method, it is not possible to filter ideas where your user is only an author. |
