See below the difference between Campaigns and Campaign Types, how they are related, and a practical example of use.
Campaign Types
It is a way to categorize campaigns that have similar purposes. By clicking on the Campaign Types banner on the homepage, we are redirected to the campaigns related to that theme or department. This is a great feature for situations where, for example, there are many campaigns with similar themes that might cause confusion among employees when submitting an idea. By categorizing the campaigns, it is possible to better organize the carousel and make the visualization cleaner, making it easier for employees to understand.
Campaign
Contains only one specific theme. Campaigns are themed according to the manager’s preference (one campaign to collect feedback, another to suggest improvements), and based on these themes, employees will develop their ideas for submission.
In the image above, we can better understand how the dynamic between Campaign Type and Campaign works. It is worth mentioning that there is no hierarchy of importance between them; it is just a feature aimed at improving organization within the platform. Now, a more practical example:
This is a Campaign Type in the Customer Center. By clicking on it, we are redirected to view the campaigns that fall under the theme of New Features.
In summary, campaign types group campaigns and facilitate employees’ access for idea submission and participation.
