Once the challenge is defined, you will be able to customize your form by going to the Gear Menu > Campaigns > Pencil Icon ✏️ > Form tab.
Once the standard form is configured via the Gear Menu > General Forms, it is possible to set the additional fields created as defaults across all campaigns. It is only when you want to set a different form for a specific campaign that it is recommended to enable the Customize Campaign Form setting.
When customization is enabled, the platform's standard form will be displayed in Topic 1 - Standard form fields.
Among the standard fields, the only ones that can be deactivated are: Idea Benefits, Idea Theme, and Idea Subtheme. The other fields will be mandatory; however, with the title editing option, you can turn them into other questions.
Using the ✏️ icon, it is possible to customize the fields, either by changing the title or adding a description visible to all users. In applicable cases, a flag will be displayed, for example, for the benefits field. If you want it to remain inactive, simply disable the Activate flag. If you wish to activate it, just enable the flag.
Right below, in Topic 2 - Additional Fields, there are additional fields to be configured specifically for the given campaign.
To create an additional field, simply click the “New Field” button in the lower right corner of the page. You will be redirected to the following page:
Among the field types, we have the following options:
- Text field;
- Decimal number;
- Integer number;
- Date;
- Period date;
- Checkbox;
- Single Selection List;
- Multiple Selection List;
- User Selection.
When selecting the Text field, you must add the Unique Identifier referring to the additional field and define the Field Width (1 to 6 columns), which represents the space the created field will occupy in the form (6 columns means it will occupy the entire form, 3 columns half of it, and so on), the Maximum Character Size (up to 4000), and the Number of Lines (1 to 5) for the field. For the other field types, simply define the Number of Columns and the Unique Identifier.
It is important to mention that the fields are not interconnected, presenting identical results for completion regardless of the others.
Once the field creation is complete, just click Save Field to register your form customization. Finally, after making all desired modifications, just click Save Campaign again at the bottom of the page.
