How does Optimized Submission work?
The new experience starts with a simplified input modal, containing a single field where the user describes their idea. Based on that initial input, AI kicks in and automatically suggests how to fill out the campaign form. From there, the user proceeds to the next step with pre-filled fields, significantly reducing time and manual effort.

How to enable the feature?
Like other AI features on the platform, Optimized Submission must be enabled by SUPERUSERS in the system’s General Settings. Each organization can choose whether to activate AI support for idea submissions.
To enable the feature, follow this path:
🔧 Gear Icon > General Settings > General Tab > Item 4: ENABLE ASSISTED IDEA SUBMISSION

Submitting ideas: AI-powered smart form filling
Once the feature is enabled, all users with permission to submit ideas will have access to the AI suggestion component in the form. If the form lacks enough information for AI to generate recommendations, the side panel will remain empty.
Here’s how the component works:

Empty description field: The suggestion component won’t activate until the description field is filled in.

Filled-in description field: Once the field is complete, suggestions will be triggered.
-
Component display: The panel opens by default, but users can collapse it if they prefer.
- If collapsed (→), it will stay hidden until the user clicks
to reopen it.
| Note: Expanding or collapsing the panel doesn’t affect its content. When reopened, it returns to the previous view. |
Optimization options in the AI component
Using Generative AI to optimize your idea gives you several tools: selecting the best-fit campaign, organizing your idea, searching for market solutions, and fixing errors. Let’s look at each option.
Select campaign
This option analyzes the scope of all open campaigns visible to the user and recommends the best match for the idea.
If the user accepts the suggestion, the existing content in the form will be transferred to the new campaign form—without adding or altering the input. After switching campaigns, we recommend using the Update Campaign function:
If the user wants to return to the previous campaign, they can click the Revert button to undo the change.
If the current campaign is already the best match, the user will be informed why. If no recommendation can be made, AI will ask for more information:
Organize idea
This feature improves the structure of the form content based on campaign criteria and classification requirements. It may include:

Fixing incorrect entries in default or custom fields.

Evaluating the idea title and classification fields for proper completion.
-
Adjusting Theme/Subtheme selections and identifying unmet campaign requirements.
-
Minimizing rewriting of original user input.
| Note: If classification suggestions are applied, the user is directed to the Classification tab to view changes. If changes are made to both the form and classification, the user stays on the Identification tab but is notified of the update. |
Search for market solutions
When enabled, AI will suggest relevant technologies or solutions that can help implement the idea.
Guidelines for recommendations:

Max of 5 suggestions: Prioritize the most relevant ones.

Idea differentiation: If the "Similar Ideas" feature is enabled, suggest only what adds unique value.

Smart placement: Insert suggestions in the most appropriate field (ideally a specific implementation field, if one exists).

Preserve original content: Recommendations are added to the end of the field, avoiding edits to the user's text.
Fix errors
When triggered, AI applies corrections across all text fields in the form—checking spelling, punctuation, and grammar. All changes are shown to the user, who can undo them all at once if needed:
Restore original content and add new elements
In any AI optimization option, users can undo actions via the Revert button. There’s also an Add all option to apply all suggested updates, and a Revert all button to undo everything at once:
When won't AI optimization options work?
If the form doesn’t contain enough content for AI to make recommendations, the side panel will display an empty state. Buttons will be disabled, and a message will prompt the user to complete the required input.
AI may not function properly in the following cases:

Campaign Suggestion: If there’s not enough info to recommend a campaign, more details will be requested.

Nonsensical text: If the input doesn’t make sense (e.g., "hcoahbaudjhsvnfusdkoa"), AI won’t be able to assist and will notify the user.

No spelling/grammar issues: If no errors are found, AI will inform the user that the text is already correct.
