In this article, we present the Strategy Center Dashboard 🎯 — our benchmark for managing Objectives and KPIs in Power BI. This tool transforms numbers into strategic insights, helping you track performance, identify deviations, and make decisions with greater confidence and speed.
Workspaces
The Workspaces tab provides a strategic overview of the workspaces that make up your organization. This tab brings together essential metrics for each Workspace and offers filters to compare performance between them, identify those responsible, and prioritize actions.
Filters: located in the upper right corner; allow you to select URL, Workspace, Status, and Period. When filters are applied, all reports on the page automatically update to reflect the parameters (consistent view).
Big Numbers: panel with quick metrics (Total Goals, Goals Achieved, Total Goal Progress, and distribution of Active/Hidden Workspaces) for instant status reading.
Workspace by Administrator and Member: shows how many Workspaces each user administers or is part of, helping to assess workload and responsibilities.
Goals by Status: shows the distribution of goals by stage in each Workspace, making it easy to identify areas that need attention.
Objectives
The Objectives tab focuses on detailed monitoring of the objectives defined within the organization. Here you will find analyses by those responsible, performance rankings, progress by period, and financial metrics correlated with key results.
Big Numbers: summary with Total Goals, Overall Progress, Total Key Results, and Goals Achieved — quick read of the strategy's status.
Goals by manager and employee: identifies who is responsible for each goal and how many goals have been assigned to each user, useful for load balancing.
Ranking by manager: graph showing the average progress of goals per manager, making it easy to identify highlights and areas for support.
Progress by period: displays progress by month/quarter/semester, allowing for temporal analysis and verification of goal achievement trends.
Final value by Key Result: when available, displays financial impact or value metrics associated with completed KPIs, helping to prioritize initiatives with the highest return.
Key Results (KPIs)
The Key Results tab focuses exclusively on KPIs, displaying KPIs by perspective, progress, items without updates, and linked tasks. This level of detail is essential for assessing the health of the metrics that underpin strategic objectives.
Big Numbers: Total Key Results, Overall Progress, and Linked Tasks — consolidated view of the metrics pipeline.
Key Results by Owner/Collaborator: distribution of KPIs by owner, enabling capacity management.
Key results without updates: indicator that flags KPIs without updates in configurable periods (60/30/15 days), helping to prioritize interventions.
Key results by perspective: preview of forecast range and progress, with risk or compliance trend flags.
Linked tasks: relationship between tasks and KPIs to track actions directly related to indicators.
How to request access to the Dashboard (Power BI)
The Strategy Center Dashboard is available free of charge to AEVO customers upon request. To request access:
Contact your account mentor or the Support team: suporte@aevo.com.br.
Send the list of email addresses of users who should have access to the Dashboard.
Ensure that these email addresses are linked to users registered in your organization's environment.

Best practices
Define clear responsibilities for objectives and KPIs to avoid ambiguity in goal setting.
Update KPIs regularly to avoid outdated indicators; use the outdated KPI alert to prioritize follow-up.
Use filters to segment analyses (by Workspace, period, status) and focus on dashboards relevant to each audience.
Validate financial data before using return metrics for decision making.
Train users who will have access to Power BI to interpret graphs and use filters.
