You can log in to the AEVO platform through two channels: via the website or the AEVO app.
Each channel may offer up to two login methods.

Login with Corporate Access

corporate email and password that you already use
in your day-to-day to access other systems at your company.

Login with Local Access
- You enter the exclusive username and password provided by the innovation program administrator at your company to access the platform.
How to access the platform via the App?
1. Download the App
- Android: Search for "Aevo" in the Play Store.
- iOS: Search for "Aevo" in the App Store.
2. Enter your domain
- On the app’s home screen:
- Enter your company's environment name (e.g.: yourcompanyname).
- Or enable "Custom URL" to enter the full address (e.g.: https://yourcompanyname.aevo.com.br).
- Click "Enter" to proceed and select your login type.
How to access the platform via the Website?
1. Access the Correct URL

Enter your company’s specific environment address into your browser.
- Example: https://yourcompanyname.aevoinnovate.net (replace "yourcompanyname" with the name defined by your organization). Then, select your login type

For Corporate Access:

On the login screen, click "Corporate access" and
enter your corporate credentials (email and password).

- Click "Local access".
- Enter the username and password created for you by the Innovation Program administrator, which was sent to your email.

Common Issues and Solutions
❓ I Can’t Access with My Credentials

Local Access:
- Use the "Forgot your password?" option (See the article How to recover my password?).
- Corporate Access: Contact your company's internal IT team.
❓ The App Doesn’t Load the Environment
- Check if the URL or environment name is correct.
- Enable the "Custom URL" option to enter the full address in the App.
