In this article, we’ll learn how to use the Score feature in idea evaluation with the help of Generative AI. This functionality allows evaluators to identify which ideas are most aligned with the campaign and why, through a score accompanied by justifications. Additionally, the AI helps detect similar ideas, offering a more comprehensive and strategic analysis.
Let’s explore how this feature can optimize evaluation time and improve analysis quality. For more details, refer to the topics below:
What is the Score in Idea Evaluation?
The Score is a rating generated by Generative AI to indicate how well an idea aligns with the campaign. It is shown as a percentage and comes with a justification explaining the criteria used in the analysis:
Generative AI evaluates the textual elements of the idea and compares them to the campaign guidelines, assigning a score based on factors such as relevance, thematic alignment, and keywords used.

How to Interpret the AI Score, Justifications, and Colors?
The percentages represent how well the submitted idea aligns with the campaign. The evaluator ultimately decides how to weigh this alignment. However, the AI provides an insight that may be adopted but is not a fixed rule, allowing for individual interpretation:
-
High Score (80% or above): The idea is well-aligned with campaign criteria and is recommended for approval.
-
Medium Score (50% - 79%): The idea shows reasonable alignment and may require adjustments before approval.
-
Low Score (below 50%): The idea has low compatibility with the campaign, and the evaluator should decide whether to refine or discard it.
AI Score color coding:
-
0% to 25% – Gray
-
26% to 50% – Purple
-
51% to 74% – Blue
-
75% to 100% – Green
The justification provided by AI supports decision-making by explaining the reason behind the assigned score and suggesting possible improvements.
Using the Score for Strategic Decision-Making
The AI-generated Score can be used to:
-
Prioritize the most relevant ideas and save time in the evaluation process.
-
Identify patterns in successful ideas to refine future campaigns.
-
Reduce subjectivity in evaluations, ensuring a more objective and transparent selection process.
-
Compare similar ideas, making it easier to select the best proposal.
Who Can View the Score?
Only users with appropriate permissions can view the idea scores. This includes:
-
Approvers
-
Superusers
-
Idea Administrators
If you cannot see the Score, Generative AI may need to be enabled, or you might need to request access from the system administrator.
Conclusion
Using Score in idea evaluation with Generative AI is a powerful feature to streamline the proposal selection process. It enables fast and objective analysis, with justifications that help evaluators make strategic decisions more confidently.
